Bio

I am a bilingual English and Spanish-speaking therapist dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow, and rediscover their strength. I graduated from Oakland University, and for me, this field is far more than a profession—it is a true passion and calling. I genuinely enjoy planting seeds of hope, empowerment, and healing while helping others grow through life’s challenges.

My professional experience includes serving as a lead clinician for Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and residential treatment programs throughout the state of Arizona. I have experience working with court-ordered populations, domestic violence offenders and survivors, trauma, anger management, substance use disorders, and individuals experiencing homelessness. I have also worked closely with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing compassionate and person-centered support tailored to each individual’s needs.

I work with adults of all ages on a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, and unresolved trauma. My therapeutic approach encourages clients to develop a deeper understanding of the mind-body-spirit connection as a powerful tool for healing, resilience, and personal growth. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to overcome challenges and improve their overall well-being.

I am deeply passionate about the vision and mission of Thaar Care and am truly honored to be part of a team committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
