On June 19, we held our first semi-annual therapy network event, bringing together therapists from local private practices and community mental health organizations for a day of networking and learning. The event featured valuable presentations, including insights from Macomb County Clubhouse and information on Skywood Recovery Centers presented by Brian Couzens. Our main speaker, Carmie Tocco Bohalis, offered practical ways caregivers can prioritize self-care and healing through meditation, journaling, and dedicated personal time.
