Bio
I get it—life can feel like you’re carrying a backpack full of rocks up a hill without a map. My goal as a therapist is to help you unpack that weight, one pebble at a time, until the load feels lighter and the path a little clearer.
I want you to know—this isn’t a cold, clinical space. My style is “come as you are.” Therapy with me often feels more like talking with a friend in a safe, cozy space than sitting in a sterile office. No pressure to have it all together. You don’t need perfect words or polished stories—you just need to show up. I’ll meet you there.
I see therapy as a shared journey we walk together, side by side. Using a person-centered approach, I believe each person holds an innate ability to heal, grow, and find peace—even if they’ve never had the tools to do so. I’m here for the big moments and the tiny shifts—because small steps often lead to the most meaningful change. Whether we’re untangling old wounds or helping your nervous system feel safe again, our work will focus on creating space for real, lasting healing—especially from trauma that may still be shaping how you move through the world.
I’m also certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a powerful, evidence-based approach that helps the brain process and release distressing memories—quickly and gently. Think of it like giving your mind the tools it needs to clean up after the emotional storms, so healing can begin. Most people notice changes in just a few sessions—and it’s one of my favorite tools to use when someone says, “I just don’t want to feel this way anymore.”
Outside the therapy room, you can find me recharging in nature with my dogs or planning my next adventure. I bring that same grounded, open energy into my sessions, along with a lot of heart, quite a bit of humor, and a deep respect for your story.
If you’re looking for a space to breathe, untangle, rebuild, or simply be—you’re welcome here.
