There is a teen RIGHT NOW that desperately needs counseling. Your gift can change that.
Recent studies indicate that approximately one in five teens between ages twelve and eighteen suffer from at least one diagnosable mental health disorder. Healing doesn’t happen in one session (on average 15 to 20 sessions are needed.) That’s why our goal is to partner with 200 recurring Advocates for mental health. 200 Advocates at $24 a month will provide counseling for 48 struggling children and adolescents in the next 12 months. Your gift will help us to remove the financial barrier of receiving mental health counseling, provide the number of sessions needed to make a difference and stop a child struggling with mental health from becoming an adult struggling with mental health.

Oakland University Wellness Fair 2023
October is Wellness month! Most employers use October as the month to introduce wellness plans and programs, signups for benefits, and more. Recently we attended the Oakland University Wellness Fair for the employees of the university. Many of our therapists are graduates of Oakland University’s Counseling Program. It is always a great day to return to our alma mater to introduce the community to what we offer and give back. Our offices are located in Troy, Rochester, and Sterling Heights. We offer counseling from age 4 and up! Many students need assistance transitioning from high school to college as well as college to post-graduation.

Troy Daze 2023
This past September 2023 we were able to participate in Troy Daze. Troy Daze event has been around for over forty years. Expanding from Borden Park to Troy Community Complex. This year we were able to introduce the community to Thaar Care Foundation. We met several community members, Troy police support, the State Representative for Troy, and many students who attend Troy schools. Our Troy office is located at Maple and Coolidge accessible from Troy, Birmingham, Royal Oak, Bloomfield, Auburn Hills, Rochester, and more.
